The easiest way to search for emails NOT from a specific sender in Outlook is to click the Search bar along the top ribbon and then type the following:
(NOT from:dataclass255@gmail.com)
This particular example will retrieve all emails in your inbox that are not from the specific email address of dataclass255@gmail.com.
You can also use an OR statement to search for emails NOT from multiple specific senders:
(NOT (from:dataclass255@gmail.com OR from:zach@collectingwisdom.com))
This particular example will retrieve all emails in your inbox that are not from either of these specific email addresses:
- dataclass255@gmail.com
- zach@collectingwisdom.com
