Often you may want to search for emails based on size in Outlook.
There are two ways to do so:
1. Sort All Emails Based on Size
2. Filter for Emails Greater than Specific Size
The following examples show how to use each of these methods in practice.
Method 1: Sort All Emails Based on Size
To sort all emails in your inbox by size, simply click on the dropdown arrow at the top of your inbox and choose Size under the Arrange by section:

This will automatically sort all emails in your inbox with the largest emails at the top:

This is the fastest way to get a glimpse of the largest emails in your inbox.
Method 2: Filter for Emails Greater than Specific Size
You can also filter your inbox to only display emails that are greater than a specific size.
To do so, click the Search bar along the top ribbon and type in the following formula:
size>400000
This particular example will filter your inbox to only display emails that are greater than 400,000 bytes.
The following screenshot shows how to use this formula in practice:

We can see that our inbox is now filtered to only show one email that is larger than 400,000 bytes.
Feel free to change 400,000 to any number that you would like.
