Often you may want to export emails from Outlook to PDF.
Fortunately this is easy to do by using the Microsoft Print to PDF feature in Outlook.
The following step-by-step example shows exactly how to do so.
Example: How to Export Outlook Emails to PDF
Suppose that we would like to export a specific email from our inbox to a PDF.
To do so, we must first open Outlook.
Then we will double click on the email in the inbox that we would like to export.
For this example, we will click on an email that has a schedule for some sports team:

To export this email to a PDF, we can click the File tab in the top left corner:

Then click the Print tab on the lefthand side. Then click the dropdown arrow under Printer and choose Microsoft Print to PDF. Then click the Print icon:

A new window will appear where you can choose a location to save the PDF to on your computer as well as a name for the file.
We will use the name upcoming_schedule.pdf and then click Save:

Once we click Save, the email will automatically be exported to the PDF file in the location that we specified.
We can then navigate to this PDF file and open it to view it:

We can see that the PDF contains all of the information from the email in Outlook.
You can use the same steps to export any email that you would like from Outlook to a PDF.
